Our Services

We are a registered investment adviser that operates a financial adviser platform focused on matching users with experienced financial advisers from our curated network. If you are interested in obtaining a match, you should schedule a call with us to discuss your financial goals and milestones. After the call, we will provide you with adviser matches based on the information provided to us. From there, you can schedule introductory, complimentary calls with your matched financial advisers. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to determine whether to retain a matched financial adviser. If you choose to retain one of the matched financial advisers, you will enter into an investment advisory agreement directly with the matched financial adviser, not with us. Our investment advisory services are limited to making referrals to other registered investment advisers based on the particular needs of our users as described to us.

We provide the matching service to you free of charge. However, you should be aware that we receive referral fees from investment advisers for matches that result in an investment advisory relationship. The financial advisers in our network generally charge an advisory fee to their clients. The specific amount to be paid to a particular financial adviser varies - we encourage you to contact the financial adviser directly for information about potential fees and/or view the financial adviser’s Brochure, accessible here: https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/. As a referral fee, we generally receive an amount equal to 25% of the gross fees and compensation that the financial adviser generates over the first five years of the client relationship formed from a match that we made. You should be aware that in addition to advisory fees, you will likely incur certain other fees and expenses imposed by other parties to service your account, such as brokerage and transaction fees.
